Oya Yalcin Cok
Professor of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine

Graduated from Hacettepe University, School of Medicine, Turkey, Oya Yalcin Cok, MD, EDRA completed her residency in Gazi University, School of Medicine, Department of Anesthesiology and Reanimation, Turkey. She obtained her certification as a specialist in pain medicine by the Turkish Republic, Ministry of Health in 2011. She has been working at Baskent University Department of Medicine as academic and clinical personnel since September 2006 and as a professor since January 2020. She is currently, working as an Associate Professor at Penn State College of Medicine, Milton S Hershey Medical Center. She has many articles in national and international journals, book chapters, presentations, and in various topics related to pain medicine and anesthesiology. She had lectured at many international meetings and contributed workshops in the same fields.
She is also Vice Cahir for EDRA Part I, a Board member and examiner of the European Diploma of Regional Anaesthesia (EDRA). She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations (English Programme) from Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics, Department of International Relations.
